Integration Visit

Ongoing Care
Visit frequency is based on where you are in treatment not a fixed subscription.
Typical cadence: monthly 30-minute visits for months 3–6 while your plan takes hold, then quarterly (minimum four visits a year) once stable. If you’re on a controlled medication, visits happen every other month — six a year — for responsible monitoring.

What this actually costs you, after insurance
This is a fee-for-service practice — we don’t bill insurance directly for visits. That’s a deliberate choice: it’s what allows 60-minute evaluations and same week lab follow-through, instead of the 15-minute med checks insurance panels typically allow.
Most PPO plans include out-of-network mental health benefits. Once you’ve met your OON deductible, many plans reimburse 50–80% of each visit. After each appointment, we provide a superbill — snap a photo of it in the Reimbursify app, and it takes care of filing with your insurer.
Baseline and routine lab work is billed by the lab directly to your insurance — separate from anything above. HSA and FSA funds are accepted, and this practice is well suited to high-deductible health plans.

Cancellations
48 hours’ notice, for any reason. Inside 48 hours, the full visit fee applies.
Prescriptions
You’ll always leave a visit with enough medication to reach your next recommended follow-up.
Time away
Patients not seen within 6 months become inactive. Returning within 6–15 months
requires a 60-minutere-establishment visit ($600).
Portal messages
Scheduling, logistics, records, and general questions are always free through the portal.
Messages that require Dr. Williams’s specific clinical judgment may carry a fee for the time spent.

What does the full initial evaluation cost, start to finish?
The full Initial Evaluation with Dr. Lauren Williams costs $1,650 in physician fees, start to finish. It includes a complimentary 60-minute clinical history session with the care team, a 60-minute comprehensive physician evaluation with Dr. Williams, and a 60-minute integration visit to review baseline results and finalize your treatment plan.
If ADHD is part of the diagnostic question, an additional 60-minute diagnostic assessment is required for $600, bringing the total ADHD evaluation to $2,250. Routine baseline labs are billed separately by the laboratory to your insurance, and optional functional testing is not included in the Initial Evaluation fee.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we are a bespoke psychiatric practice without the large administrative team needed to be able to adequately manage insurance claims. In addition, we do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid. We do this to increase the time we can spend on patient care. We also do this so that our care is less influenced by the insurance company. This also means that YOU are in control of your care– not the insurance company.
That being said, we do want to bring patients’ attention to apps like Reimbursify that can make care more affordable. This particular app allows you to easily submit claims for out-of-network health insurance reimbursement . We encourage patients to partake in all mediums that make care more accessible and to check with their insurance up front if this is a concern.
What if I need ADHD testing or advanced labs?
What happens after the initial evaluation?
After the Initial Evaluation, you’ll typically have monthly 30-minute follow-up visits during months 3 through 6 while Dr. Lauren Williams monitors your response and refines your treatment plan. Once you’re stable, visits usually move to quarterly care. Patients taking controlled medications are generally seen every other month.
What's the cancellation policy?
Patients are able to cancel for any reason 48 hours prior to their appointment. You may leave us a message through the patient portal. Full visit charges will apply for notice given less than 48 hours before the assigned appointment time as we do not double book and hold that time slot exclusively for the patient.
If you do know that you are unable to attend your appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible so that others waiting may partake in care.
Applying costs nothing and takes about 10 minutes. If it’s a fit, your first conversation — the Clinical History Session — is complimentary.
